October 26, 1985. I can pinpoint
that as the exact day that I
became fascinated by filmmaking.
That's the day I first saw "Back
to the Future" in the theater,
and when I saw that exact date
blinking on the Flux Capacitor, I
was certain they must be splicing
the current date into the film
each day. Of course they weren't.
But that inspired me to take an
interest in the movie business
and the screenwriter within me
was born. I've written a number
of spec screenplays, including
the original screenplay for the
indie film, "Hello, My Name is
Frank." I also worked with Comedy
Central on a webisode to pair
with a Burger King commercial
that was scheduled to air on the
Professional Profiles:
